2. Products, Specifications & UK Compliance
- We take every care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, metric dimensions (
cm,mm,g), and technical specifications are accurate and clear. - Slight variations in colour tone may occur due to differences in screen displays and lighting.
- Electrical and electronic items in our Smart Home and Tech & Gadgets collections are supplied either as low-voltage 5V DC USB / USB-C rechargeable devices or fitted with compliant UK 3-Pin fused plugs (BS 1363) where mains connectivity applies, bearing applicable CE/UKCA conformity markings.
3. Pricing, Currency & Transparency (DMCC Act 2024 Compliance)
- All prices on our website are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (£ GBP) and include applicable taxes.
- In strict compliance with the UK Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 (DMCC Act), we never apply hidden mandatory fees or pre-ticked surcharges at checkout. Standard UK Tracked Delivery is complimentary (£0.00), and any expedited delivery upgrade (such as Priority Tracked Delivery at £4.95) is entirely optional.
- We reserve the right to correct typographical pricing errors prior to order acceptance. Should a pricing error affect your order, we will notify you straightaway and offer the option to reconfirm at the correct price or cancel for an immediate full refund.
4. Order Acceptance & Contract Formation
- When you complete checkout, you will receive an automated order acknowledgement email. This email confirms receipt of your order details.
- A legally binding contract of sale is formed when we dispatch your goods and send your dispatch confirmation email.
5. Delivery, Cancellations & Returns
Our full Delivery & Dispatch Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy form an integral part of these Terms. In summary:
- You benefit from an unconditional 14-day cooling-off period from the day after delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
- You benefit from a 30-day short-term right to reject faulty, damaged, or misdescribed goods for a full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
- All returns require a prior RMA reference number requested via email at corporationdvl@gmail.com.

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and curated layouts—is the property of Norley or its content suppliers and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of your statutory consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We supply products solely for domestic and private use within the United Kingdom, and we shall not be liable for commercial loss, loss of business, or loss of profit.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any contract for the purchase of goods through our website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
